Agriculture at Home: Jefferson County is a local branding and awareness initiative managed by the Jefferson County Development Authority. A generous USDA Grant has enabled Agriculture at Home to bring two brands to the marketplace in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia.
Jefferson County Grown is provided to farms who are producing their own goods. Think meats, vegetables, fruits, cheeses and more! The Jefferson County Grown brand symbolizes the passion and hard work of local producers, so be sure to look for the brand when you are out shopping, at the farmers market, and supporting your favorite area businesses!
Jefferson County Made is available to businesses who are producing or processing their goods in Jefferson County. Restaurants, bakeries, dairies, breweries, wineries, and distilleries who source their inputs from local farms, or produce their goods right here in the county are eligible to use this brand. Be sure to look for Jefferson County Made at your favorite spots, and support a local business!
